Mindfulness can help! Mindfulness is being fully in the present moment with acceptance of your experience. It's a practice that allows you to slow down and cultivate compassionate awareness so you can finally let go of unwanted thoughts and feelings.
There are many techniques to learn mindfulness that are simple, effective, and easy to use in your daily life. In this group, you will walk away with more than just these tools. You will gain a direct experience of the practice, as well as a sense of connection, support, and understanding by practicing in community. Some of the proven benefits of a mindfulness practice include:

Each week Dr. Ellis Edmunds, PsyD and Elana Morgulis, LMFT will lead the group through:
Mindfulness exercise #1 and discussion
Mindfulness exercise #2 and discussion

This group meets for 4 weeks at a time at $50/per session. Sliding scale available.
