Mindfulness can help! Mindfulness is a practice of being fully in the present moment with a non-judgmental acceptance of your experience. It’s what allows you to slow down and cultivate compassionate awareness so you can finally let go of unwanted thoughts and feelings.

There are many techniques to learn mindfulness that are simple, effective, and easy to use in your daily life. In this group, Dr. Ellis Edmunds and Elana Morgulis, MFT lead the group through mindfulness exercises that have been shown to calm anxiety and improve well-being. You will walk away with more than just the tools. You will gain direct experience of mindfulness, as well as a sense of connection, support, and understanding. This group meets for 6 weeks at a time at $50/per session. Generous sliding scale available.
